This shoe was digitally created via scan data, and at a high resolution. In order to further preserve the quality, in the remesh, the shoe is broken into several parts in order to keep the edges looking more real and to have more UV space and more specific shader control for rendering. The topology of the remesh and of the model follow the design in which the shoe was built. This further increases the realism.
